"Took the kids along and we all ended…"
Took the kids along and we all ended up having a really good laugh. There was plenty to keep everyone busy, so the time went by quickly. The staff were friendly too, which always helps. Definitely somewhere I’d go back to on a rainy day.

"A decent little treat for the kids"
The food was decent overall, the chips came out hot and the drinks tasted good. It was a bit on the pricey side, but the kids really enjoyed it, so I’m calling that a win for the day

"Loads of lockers, which honestly helped"
Took the kids to Flip Out and I was already feeling mentally drained, so I was really relieved to see there were plenty of lockers. We didn’t have to drag coats and bags around the whole time, which made things so much easier. The locker area was easy to find and felt safe enough too. It’s a small thing, but it definitely made the visit less stressful. I’d go again...

"Wish we had gone sooner"
I took my 6-year-old and 12-year-old, i wish I hadn’t waited so long to try it. They both had a great time, which isn’t always easy with that age gap.

"It was alright overall, but the queue was..."
It was alright overall, but the queue was a bit annoying and we ended up waiting longer than expected before getting in. Once inside, the place was clean enough, but some of the tables and floors definitely needed a wipe. The toilets weren’t too bad, just a bit messy when we went. The kids still had fun though, so it wasn’t a total letdown.

"I took my kids to Flip…"
I took my kids to Flip Out and felt really good about how the staff were keeping an eye on things. Compared to some other places we’ve been where it feels like no one is really watching, the team here stepped in quickly when they needed to and paid attention to the busier areas. It made me feel a lot more relaxed while the kids ran around and had a great time

"I was there for about an hour the..."
I was there for about an hour the place just felt really neglected. The floors were dirty, some of the mats were broken, and the toilets smelled awful. I definitely won’t be going back

"Quick and easy visit"
We went to Flip Out at the weekend and thought we’d be stuck standing around for ages, but the queue was totally fine. Check-in moved quickly and the staff had everyone sorted without making it feel rushed. We only waited a few minutes before getting in. Even once it got busier, it still didn’t feel annoying or badly organised. The kids had loads of time to play and we didn’t have anything to moan about, so it’s an easy 5 stars from us...

"Pretty comfy for just hanging out!!!"
I went to watch the kids bounce around for a while, and honestly... the spectator seats were comfy!! I could see most of the areas just fine, which was nice. It did start getting a bit busy later on!!! But overall, no real complaints from me?? Decent spot to sit and watch.

"Worth it if your kids are always asking to go"
We ended up getting the membership because the kids kept asking to go to Flip Out lol. If you go fairly often, especially during school holidays, it definitely works out cheaper than paying every single time.

The pass options are good tbh, though I did find the website a bit confusing at first. The staff helped us sort it when we went in though, so no big drama. 4 stars from me.

"Took the kids here thinking there would be…"
Took the kids here thinking there would be loads of different things to do, but it all felt samey after a little while. Most of it seemed to be trampolines with a few bits around them, so once the kids had done those, they got bored faster than I expected. For what it costs, I thought there would be more variety. I also had to chase them about a complaint, which was a bit annoying. Wouldn’t rush back, to be honest — there are better places with more to keep the kids busy.

"Parking was easy enough"
Finding a parking spot nearby was actually easy, which was a relief and made the whole visit less annoying. Leaving was a different story though, it got busy fast, and I was definitely getting impatient waiting to get out.

"So loud inside"
Kids had fun. No doubt. But wow, it was loud in there. Like, really loud. Couldn’t hear the staff half the time. Couldn’t relax either. Just too much noise for me.

"Accessibility felt like an afterthought"
I booked this for my nephew it wasn’t the smoothest experience. I couldn’t find much clear info online about accessibility, and when we got there, the staff didn’t seem totally sure what support was actually available. It just didn’t feel very welcoming for disabled visitors, which was really disappointing. Like, we were just trying to have a nice day out, and then suddenly it felt awkward and stressful. They really need to do better when it comes to inclusivity

"Fun for the kids, but costs add up"
The kids had a really good time, and the staff were perfectly nice, so no complaints there. That said, for the amount of time you actually get, it felt a little pricey. The socks and little extras add up fast too, which feels avoidable if you plan ahead. We’d probably go back, but more as an occasional treat than a regular thing.

"Kept Things Comfortable"
I was pleasantly surprised by how well it stayed ventilated inside. It didn’t get too hot, which made it a lot more comfortable to use. It’s not perfect, but overall it did a good job keeping things cool enough.

The staff were really attentive and kept checking that everyone was doing okay. When my kids got stuck, someone came over and helped them right away. We had a really nice visit
